To get a lifetime tou have to change your habits.
- walk and climb stairs.
- Work up a sweat 20 minutes a 3 days a week.
- Be active one hour a day, 5 days a week.
We some ways to do right fitness:
- Rope in a friend.
- Build up slowly.
- Reward yourself.
- Take care.
